PARCEL 24
The landscape for Parcel 24 both incorporates the new apartment building into the surrounding urban fabric and provides a quiet refuge for those who live there. At the south end of the site, a slender swath of land on the edges of Boston’s Chinatown becomes a rich pocket park, connecting a series of intimate, tree-shaded seating spaces with a shared pathway. At the north end of the site, an off-street entrance is accessed by a small paved and planted courtyard with visual connections to the adjacent park.
