WESTERLY RESIDENCE
A new site plan unifies four separate residences with a shared landscape overlooking the Block Island Sound. An old, centrally located garage has been converted into a recreation barn with outdoor terrace, bocce court and fire pit. In keeping with the language of the Weekapaug landscape, a rolling lawn unifies the back yards while native plantings reinforce the families’ common space. Native boulders and erratics dot the landscape and ground the plantings in this seaside retreat.
