HANCOCK SHAKER VILLAGE
Located in the Berkshire Mountains in western Massachusetts, the Hancock Shaker Village is a former Shaker commune that dates to the 1790s. Today, the Village is open to the public as a museum, with the former houses, workshops, and barns serving as exhibits. The Village has engaged the design team to explore options for a new courtyard entrance and ticketing sequence, an updated outdoor pavilion, along with an architectural program that will include expanded exhibit and storage space.
