CONCORD RESIDENCE
ZA significant glacial formation dominating the site, an esker, drove the location of this new house on a hidden lot in Concord,MA. The site design emphasized the connection between the interior living spaces of the house and those outside. Stone walls and bluestone terraces define exterior rooms. Dramatic views of an adjacent pond and horse farm were highlighted. The south side of the house has a framed colorful perennial garden engulfing a terrace while the west side has a terrace and planting that ties into the stunning adjacent established woodland.
